Our client is an E-Commerce Company. They are now looking for a Customer Care Manager to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities(Max 5 points)
- Will be a key contributor to growing our business and will work very closely with our vendors, sales and product management team.
- Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
- Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that mission.
- Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
Preference (Max 5 points)
- Arabic – English Speakers.
- Immediate Joiners.
- Valid transferable iqama holder.
- Any Nationality – Preferred Saudi.
- Any Gender.
Qualifications: (Top 3 Points)
- University Degree or Degree in Media/Arts
- 5-7 years of experience in Same role (E-commerce industry preferred).
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Sound understanding of customer care operations, people management and solid customer experience attitude.
