POS Technical Support
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure the Point of Sale system on customer devices.
- Test and deliver Point of Sale System to customer.
- Identify and correct problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback.
- Contribute to the development of new solutions through design, testing, and delivering the best solutions.
- Develop excellent client relationships and respond to any client’s inquiries.
- Handle client tickets and ensure solving issues or inquiries that arise any time during or after the implementation of the project in a timely and accurate manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure continuous learning concerning new technologies related to SAP.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
Skills Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in Point of Sales Implementation, administration, or configuration.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Support role.
- 0-2 years of experience in software development and development support.
- Knowledge of any programming language is recommended.
- Knowledge of SQL scripting is recommended.
