A CAD/BIM consulting business is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Revit Drafting & Modeling Specialist.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Revit Drafting & Modeling Specialist who will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed architectural drawings and Family models using Revit. This role requires a strong foundation in Revit and a passion for architectural design. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create precise architectural drawings and models using Revit

• Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine architectural designs.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of Revit families and templates.

• Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

• Conduct quality checks on drawings and models to maintain accuracy.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Revit tools, techniques, and industry standards.

• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.

• Support senior team members in project coordination and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in architectural drafting and modeling.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.

• Familiarity with other architectural software such as Photoshop, Indesign, AutoCAD, and 3ds Max is a plus.

• Basic understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and deadline-driven work environment.
