Job Description
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Technology and Digital Innovation department for a one year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.
Your tasks will be:
- Perform system integration tests for commercial products, IT projects and make sure that they are free of bugs.
- Work on Quality Assurance Automation to accelerate the testing process and enhance time to market.
- Automate manual procedures and processes using latest technologies in the market to reduce human manual works.
- Handling customer cases and complaints received though IT systems, then analyzing and resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicating with technical and customer related functions regarding resolving customer complaints and requests and expediting their resolution.
What Do You Need to Qualify
The suitable candidate should have the below requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or any related field.
– Fresh Graduate.
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge in object-oriented programing languages.
- Database and SQL commands knowledge.
- Testing automation tools.
- Good knowledge in quality assurance procedures and concepts.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good follow up and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
