Job Location: Amman, Jordan
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for successfully implementing engineering projects, machines improvements, and maintenance of automatic and semi-automatic machines used in pharmaceutical product manufacturing.
Managing and planning budgets for projects and machines.
Managing department’s budget.
Manage the department’s team to support all other departments.
Training for department staff on their duties and responsibilities (SOP).
Creating and improving systems to document all the reports, layouts, SOP, … etc.
Supervise all department’s operations.
Writing the required SOPs.
Communicate with other departments’ managers to manage the work.
Follow up with preventive maintenance schedule.
follow up with corrective and preventive maintenance that occurs in all departments.
Manage and implement the renovation of machines and engineering systems.
Coordinate with production department to implement the preventive maintenance successfully.
Participate in validation processes to assure the validity of machines and systems in manufacturing processes.
Assure the compliance with cGMP and safety procedures.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical industries, at least 3 years in managerial role.
Education: BSc. in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university. (MBA is a plus).
Excellent computer skills in MS Excel and Word & AutoCAD.
Fluent in English.
Leadership and Motivational Skills.
