Job Summary
Evalufy, a candidate evaluation platform that uses AI video insights and customized assessments, to help find the best talent while reducing cost and time-to-hire is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Marketing Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be accountable for lead generation and systemizing the sales process, while also ensuring regular customer engagement and feedback to drive product development. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive a consistent flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
- Systemize the sales process by implementing efficient lead nurturing, qualification, and conversion strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to maximize their success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, actively engaging with them on a daily basis to understand their challenges, needs, and feedback.
- Work closely with the product management team to communicate customer insights and feedback, providing valuable input for product development and enhancement.
- Develop and implement customer-focused marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote product adoption and customer loyalty.
- Create compelling marketing content, including sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and customer success stories.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on lead generation and sales systemization.
- Demonstrated success in driving lead generation initiatives and optimizing the sales process to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a track record of engaging with customers, gathering feedback, and providing insights for product development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and social media.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and sales enablement platforms.
