ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Identification, planning and close follow-up the reservoir surveillance plans for UM & Others (UM, Hith, KT, UER) reservoirs
2. Identification and follow-up of reservoir management activities to maximize production, voidage replacement improvement, and reduce the production decline rates for UM, Hith and KT reservoirs
3. Perform simulation and special studies related to well performance improvement initiatives and water disposal management
4. Use of models and 4D Seismic to identify optimum zonal shifting and injection to increase sweep efficiency and water disposal capacity
5. Use of segmented well modelling (IX) both 3D and Single Well Models to optimize and design UMO complex wells
6. Opportunities identification and maturation to FID (RD Workovers, Tubing Change-outs, Integrity WO, Stimulation…) for production and injection improvements in collaboration with Field Operations, Drilling & Wells, and New Well Delivery
7. Timely generation of monthly unconstrained profiles for short term production forecast (Rolling Forecast)
8. Perform new wells and work-overs post-mortem synthesis in collaboration with New Well Delivery, and Reservoir Development & Growth teams
9. Perform detailed Wells & Well Patterns reviews, and identify remedial actions
10. Support the Integrated Reservoir Management team within RMO unit on the cross reservoirs activities and studies
11. Support FO/PWP for day-to-day and short-term production / injection optimization
12. Perform simulation and models history match and share learnings with Development and Growth teams
13. Support Profiles and Reserves team by providing data for Integrated Asset Modelling
14. Effective collaboration between UMO RMO and companies entities (Field Ops, E&C, D&W)
15. Water disposal management through UER WD wells
16. Provide support to team members.
ACTIVITIES
1. Perform detailed wells performance analysis and postmortem synthesis
2. Perform subsurface studies to improve production and injection (slugging, NFA decline analysis, stabilization analysis, GL optimization, ..etc)
3. Perform simulation studies (IX) to define optimum injection, short term forecasting, and voidage replacement improvement
4. Segmented well modelling (IX) both in 3D and Single Well Models to optimize and design complex wells
5. Close follow-up of water disposal wells performance and identify disposal alternatives
6. Update and maintain Umm Er Radhuma FFD model
7. Support the maturation of new water disposal wells till FID
8. Lead identifying and prioritizing reservoir surveillance plans, and ensure close follow-up
9. Lead opportunities identification, ranking and maturation (Workovers, Stimulation, ..etc) until FID for Deep Redrills, workovers and other opportunities
10. Support light workovers maturation (tubing change-out) until final SOR
11. Maintain and close follow-up of opportunities hopper
12. Contribute to the generation of the yearly reservoir management plans and ensure their execution
13. Prepare, consolidate and present the reservoir quarterly Reservoir Management reviews to SH's
14. Perform decline curve analysis and generate the monthly unconstrained profiles for the rolling forecast
15. Define completion strategies for future wells supported by simulation studies and 4D seismic
16. Timely undertake new wells / workovers / stimulation post-mortem
17. Support the New Well Delivery team all along the WO's SOR process
18. Support the team lead in identifying training needs for team members and recruitment interviews
19. Coach and mentor junior team members and Qatari young professionals.

Doha (Qatar) office
Standard office hours, 5 days a week
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
. 8+ years of experience within a subsurface organization
. Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree, and preferably Master's degree (in a RE / PE subject)
PROFILE REQUIRED
. In-depth understanding of Reservoir Management and surveillance processes
. Proven track record of maximising value in complex carbonate fields
. Reservoir and geoscience working experience in an operated asset
. Strong experience on reservoir dynamic modeling (Eclipse/IX) and model history matching
. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
. Detail oriented with bias to action
. Ability to collaborate and influence across multidisciplinary teams and entities
. Ability to influence business decision making
. Strong networking skills externally and internally
