Back Office Executive
Work in Digital B2B team, supporting trade engagement and E-Ordering Activities as Back Office Executive.
Duties:
– Manage the lists of enrolled Points of Sale (POSs) within Executive's assigned territories and their correspondent territory sales team – Assisting in planning the expansion of trade engagement and new registries – Handle all incoming and outgoing calls to assigned territories and POSs – Preparing weekly/ monthly reports – Working on achieving all KPIs set by Digital B2B Management team in a timely manner – Managing approval of new POSs, tasks, validation, contacts and audiences on Salesforce – Handle projects assigned by supervisors that support key activities and KPIs – Support E-Ordering when necessary
Education:
Bachelor Degree in any related fieldl
Skills:
– Microsoft Office (MS Excel is a must) – Communication Skills – Teamwork – Organizational Skills
