The Social Media and Google Ads Specialist attracts and interacts with targeted virtual communities and network users in order to help us make better business decisions based on our marketing data, achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic, social media traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the marketing roadmap.
The role focuses on maintaining the Social Media and Google Ad accounts of our company, analyzing the results to identify patterns and trends that can help us improve the efficiency and usability of our services, and improving our Social Media and Google Ad accounts by maximizing the return on our investment.
Social Media and Google Ads Specialist Job Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing.
● Excellent command of English.
● Minimum 2-4 years work experience as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist.
● Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, SEM, and SEO.
● In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), and Google Analytics.
Social Media and Google Ads Specialist Skills and Qualifications
● Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
● Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.

● Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
● Creating editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
● Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
● Analyzing customer data to identify potential customers who may be interested in our company’s services and build strong client relationships through social media interactions.
● Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and ensuring to act on them.
● Moderating all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
● Using Google Ads to drive and manage a variety of online marketing campaigns.
● Creating and optimizing Ad campaigns and PPC landing pages.
● Executing Ad campaigns across various channels such as search engines, social media platforms, or mobile devices.
● Creating and managing conversion tracking tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
● Identifying critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizing user funnels.
