Supervisor E-Commerce & Systems

RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
Supervisor Ecommerce & Systems will be responsible for overseeing the full day-to-day operations for both owned Ecom and Qcommerce platforms at Philip Morris. This includes user experience, order fulfilment, customer service and content creation in addition to ensuring smooth system operation from a technical perspective between the website platforms, CRM backend environment and LSP systems. Furthermore, the position will also be responsible for coordinating B2C campaigns with other commercial departments and determining the goals that members will work toward. This is a multi-disciplinary role, meaning the role will be involved in project management, digital system operations, planning, analysis, strategy, user-experience research, improving conversion rates, keeping consistency on different channels, as well as leveraging on email/push marketing and understanding the roles of content creation in achieving KPIs and metrics.
Ecommerce supervisor will work closely with branding, commercial and technical IT team to have updated refreshed digital content and keep monitoring and improve IQOS online presence. There will also be system website developments and project-based system deployments that the Ecommerce supervisor will be leading and executing.
Finally, Ecommerce supervisor & systems will also be responsible to gather and analyze data using specialist tools (power BI, google analytics) to generate information that will make successful business decisions by looking for trends, analyzing patterns and anomalies.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage the for the day-to-day operations aspects of the e-commerce platform including but not limited to user experience, order fulfilment, customer service and content creation.
  • Work with external and internal stakeholders to develop and execute optimization for product and brand content.
  • Optimized UX/UI to improve user experience and increase sales conversion.
  • Evaluate eCommerce campaign and spend effectiveness to ensure positive ROI and recommend data driven learnings for future campaigns.
  • Define and develop KPI framework to measure and track KPIs and ensure growth effectiveness.
  • Explore new e-commerce features to capture the latest and newest trend of consumer behavior.
  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase site sales performance
  • Manage and constantly improve on the development and implementation of all e-commerce sites.
  • Provide analysis & performance reports including daily weekly and monthly reporting of KPIs and recommending changes to improve performance to achieve results.
  • Drive digital planning, adaptive marketing and agile practices that best engages the consumers.
  • Drive IQOS Ecommerce growth by developing onsite campaigns and ensuring ecommerce principles are incorporated to provide the desired brand and consumer experience.
  • Responsible for all system enhancement digitally offline and online.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in related fields (e-commerce operations, online sales and marketing, preferably from an FMCG company).
  • Digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Web development and SEO Optimization.
  • Sales force Administration and Google Analytics.
  • LSP on ground operations.
  • Project Management and relationship building.
  • Ability to work with across groups of people.
  • Highly Self-driven and motivated.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and technologies, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team effectively and work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
