About our client

Numan Halls was established in 2007, specialized in weddings and events arrangements.

Primary Function

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Reservation & Sales Officer to join our team, this role involves working with clients, identifying customers’ needs and tailoring the correct solutions.

Key Responsibility

· you will be required to engage with customers over the phone and face to face,

· fully understanding the customers’ requests and offering them the best package available.

· You will be required to achieve a certain target each month.

· In addition, the role includes some administration, preparing contracts, making sure all payments are paid on time.

Qualification

• 1-3 years of experience in the sales field.
• Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve set sales targets
• Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to priorities various job demands.
