.NET Solution Architect in our office in Amman, Jordan .
As a .NET Solution Architect you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of our software solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and maintainable solutions using the latest technologies and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the .NET framework, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering successful software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design software solutions using the .NET framework.
- Develop technical specifications and architecture diagrams for software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices are followed and solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to development teams to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Design and implement software solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Refactor and improve legacy code for scalability, testability and maintainability.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and provide value to the organization.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the .NET development space.
Skills & Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of the .NET framework and related technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in a solution architecture role.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Azure or AWS, is a plus.
- Experience designing and implementing software solutions using a variety of architectural patterns, such as Microservices, SOA, and Event-Driven Architecture.
