Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and executing effective public relations strategies that will enhance Avertra’s reputation with our target audience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating engaging and informative content for press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
- Coordinating with media outlets to secure coverage and arrange interviews for company representatives.
- Managing company events such as press conferences, and media tours.
- Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
- Tracking and reporting on PR campaign performance, as well as making recommendations for improvements.

Needed Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with PR software and tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater, etc.).
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in public relations.
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
Education:
BSc degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of PR strategies and tactics.
- Experience with media relations and event planning.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in public relations.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing
- Results-oriented.
- Creative and innovative thinking skills to develop new and effective marketing strategies.
Preferences:
- Strong project management skills
- Analytical skills
- Master's degree or higher
- Knowledge of digital marketing
- Experience with software marketing
Travel:
Travel to the US, UAE, and other locations as needed for marketing events.
Work Schedule:
Flexible schedule per Marketing Director and team needs.
