SPC Courier – RUH
Job Description
- Ensure that all deliveries are completed in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that shipment scanning (checkpoints) are done as per standards
- Ensure relevant paperwork are intact, associated with shipments
- Maintain the KPI throughout the service
- Ensure a high level of rapport and communication are maintained with both internal and external customers
- Ensure that the vehicle is clean and tidy at all times thereby portraying the image of a market leader and drive carefully and safely adhering to the traffic regulations of the country and ensuring safety of both self and others on the road
- Good English communication with knowledge of Arabic preferable
- Service commitments even after office hours
- Passion for delighting customers
- Team player
- Self motivated and able to work pressure in achieving narrowed ETA
- Valid SA driving licence and familiarity of geographical knowledge of SA cities
