Who We Are:

Role Purpose:
The CEO’s Office Assistant is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the CEO. Their primary role is to assist the CEO in managing the daily activities, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating communication between the CEO’s Office and the organization..
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure availability and optimize the CEO’s time.Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Prioritize and respond to messages promptly and professionally.Plan personal and work-related in-house or offsite schedules, activities, and communications.Coordinate travel arrangements and planning for the CEO with the relevant department. Ensure that flights, accommodations, and transportation are convenient with his travel schedule. Maybe sometimes required to prepare detailed itineraries and manage travel arrangements and planning.Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of documents and information. Manage and update contact lists, databases, and other relevant information.Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Maintain the privacy and security of executive discussions, company information, and personal matters.Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries, requests, and information flow. Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.Provide general administrative support to the CEO, such as managing expenses, processing invoices, preparing expense reports, ordering office supplies, and coordinating office.Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.1-2 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, supporting senior-level Management.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software.Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.*Only candidates who match our minimum requirements will be contacted
