Job Purpose and Impact
The Technical Service lead MEA will assess needs and actively provide technical solutions and support to customers with significant business impact. In this role, you will develop the additive business by offering innovative technology, recommendations and products to large customers in MEA, potentially performing applied research with customers to demonstrate product efficacy. You will work with category leads and local commercial teams to provide onsite technical support for current customers and prospects. You will collaborate with various teams to manage a broad portfolio, potentially involving projects requiring new application technology.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify and provide technical support to strategic customers with priority in the country or region.
- Partner with Category leads to identify and execute on new technical information and trial data to support product differentiation and develop unique solutions combining product, services and technology.
- Provide commercial prospecting and anticipate technological developments.
- Oversee individual technology project budgets within your scope of responsibility.
- Seek solutions to issues using deep knowledge in one or more field and wide knowledge across multiple specialties.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree (BS or equivalent) in a related field
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Available to travel 30% to 50%
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree (MS, DVM or PhD)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; oral and written
- Experience with customer support
- Experience in dditive
- Poultry technical expertise, Ruminant technical knowledge is a plus
