HR Admin cum Accountant

Description:
Reporting to the CEO and HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Accounts
- Accounting functions such as issue of cheque, reconciliation of the bank statements, Vat filing.
 - Corporate document maintenance
 - Projecting cost calculations
 - Processing employee expenses
 - Data gathering
 - Receiving and storing invoices
 - Using digital systems to keep records and create payments
 - Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy
 
HR & Admin
- HR related tasks such as visa issuance, salary processing, preparation of letters required for any government activities and also assist the CEO in his daily tasks etc
 - Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
 - Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
 - Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
 - Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
 - Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
 - Handle the front desk, answering the phone calls and provide needed information
 - Greeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office
 - Maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies
 
Required Skills
- Any university diploma or graduation
 - The candidate should be presentable, active, confident with excellent communication skills in English
 - If the candidate has a driving license, would appreciate but not mandatory
 - Salary : AED 4500 – 5000 per month.
 - Location : Business Bay, Dubai
