الوصف الوظيفي
- Ability to analyse process data and trends aiming to improve efficiency.
- Develop and monitor process KPIs
- Ensures that processes are designed to ensure that products meet quality standards.
- Monitor production yield and process output, and reduces waste.
- Implements controls to monitor costs and improve production efficiencies.
- Prepares inventory analysis and procurement purchase orders to address production needs.
- Helps to develop instruction manuals for production personnel.
- Ensures that work processes are safe and addresses safety issues and concerns.
- Project management skills, coordination of projects completion and preparing status reports.
المهارات
- Knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and supply-chain management
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Just in Time (JIT) strategizing
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Data analytics skills and experience
- Project management.
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of ergonomics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organizational, planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
- Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools a plus
Education and Experience:
- BS in industrial engineering or related field such as manufacturing or mechanical engineering, required
- 2-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
