الوصف الوظيفي
- Determines scope of the ERP project. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress for the ERP system.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirement to meet organizational needs.
- Lead the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP deployment.
- Define and track project milestones from start to finish
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Regularly communicate project status to appropriate teams and management
- Work with the ERP company to ensure detailed project timelines are accounted for in the company roadmap
- Ensure teams are following the agreed upon project structure and appropriately utilizing project management tools
- Regularly review and recommend refinements to the ERP management process
- Create project timelines based on target release dates, intended project scope, or both
- Mobilize the appropriate teams for a given project based on defined or intended deliverables
- Escalate to the appropriate leaders when deliverables or milestones are not being met
- Perform audits to identity any blockers within the processes.
- Configure and troubleshoot modules on the systems.
- Engage with the IT team to ensure a robust and valuable internal testing phase
- Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to Product, Engineering, Management, and Operations as necessary
- Fosters collaboration to ensure that the product requirements are fully understood and delivered to the documented specifications
- Providing general administrative support to managers and staff
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Taking care of all the travel, appointment, and routine tasks pertaining to the team members and management.
- Utilizing digital solutions to create routine reports, documents, and files as per the company's requirements.
- Assisting the team in meetings by compiling relevant and critical information in the form of a well-written document.
- Assessing the priority of formal documents and taking corrective actions as per necessity.

- Prior knowledge as an executive assistant with professional corporate association.
- Skilled professional with an ability to handle variety of administrative tasks.
- Ability to extract the best output from office suites and relevant admin software.
- Adroit communicator willing to share insights with the admin department and deduce logical outcomes.
- Fluent collaborator with a keen eye to analyze information from various sources.
