Brief Job Description:
- Must have 3 or more years of experience in any landscape company in UAE
- Able to join immediately
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client consultations to address any questions, clarify project requirements, and provide cost-related guidance.
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Must have strong skills in use of QS, bidding and cost estimation, focusing on Landscaping.
- Must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision making abilities.

- Must have a clear understanding of, and ability to work with, construction contract commercial documents, drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with Auto Cad.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently.
