As a Field Sales Executive, your role will focus on building up and maintaining your own portfolio of SMEs and corporate clients in UAE by providing them effective business solutions to help attain the company’s objective while bring-in profitable sales for our business. Your role will be target driven which will involve heavy prospecting, cold calling, market research and negotiations.
In this role, you will:
Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales.
Prospect potential customers using various methods such as cold calling and face to face meeting.
Qualify prospects against product, service, and company’s requirements.
Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of proposed packages that would suit their needs.
Draft and deliver proposals via email as well as a high level of pitching techniques.
Keep detailed notes on prospects for lead management in our CRM (Salesforce).
Provide forecasts on most likely sales revenues on a weekly and monthly basis.
Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales and improve company branding and reputation.
Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Must have bachelor's degree
Has at 2 years of experience in Business development and or Field sales
Must have CRM knowledge
