IT Assistant with Retail Experience – Ready to join immediately
الوصف الوظيفي
- Supporting stores to resolve IT issues escalated within the Service Desk
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software for stores and the office.
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.
- Administering and eliminating ongoing IT issues including POS support.
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
- Assisting the Line Manager with hardware specifications, quoting and technical solutions.
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network and servers
- Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions

- Bachelor Degree in IT
