- Manage and lead the sales and marketing team, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this information to develop targeted marketing and sales plans.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and track sales performance against targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, and use this information to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Produce regular reports on sales and marketing performance, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
المهارات
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
