Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand our business and customer base. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, and creating and executing sales strategies that align with the company's goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities in various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to ensure targets are met.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company's technical team to ensure client needs are met.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company's products and services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development.
- Experience in the robotics or automation industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
