Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven PR and Media Manager to join our Marketing team at Bayt.com Dubai office. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our public relations and media strategy, ensuring that we effectively communicate our brand and message to our target audience.

Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

PR and Media Strategy: The PR and Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing PR and media plans that align with the company's overall marketing strategy. This will include identifying target audiences, developing key messages, and selecting appropriate channels to reach those audience and drive organic and direct traffic to Bayt.com

Media Relations: The PR and Media Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key media outlets and journalists in the region. This will involve identifying relevant journalists and media outlets, pitching stories, and responding to media inquiries

Content Creation: The PR and Media Manager will be responsible for drafting press releases, speeches, and other communications materials that effectively communicate Bayt.com's key messages to the media and other stakeholders

Press Functions: The PR and Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing events and press conferences that help to increase brand awareness and promote Bayt.com's products and services

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to identify and leverage key brand opportunities: The PR and Media Manager will work closely with internal teams, including marketing and produc

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business administration or related field
3+ years of relevant UAE experience in a similar role

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English
Arabic proficiency is a plus
Strong network of media contacts in the region
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proven track record of executing successful PR and media campaigns
A go-getter with a self-driven attitude and a passion for public relations and media
