Reporting to, Operation Head.
Responsibilities:
- Setup a business plan for a new international coffee brand
- Define the potential key business areas
- Define the key accounts inside the defined business areas.
- 3+ years experience as a sales representative in handling the Hospitality/ Horeca Channel.
- Set a challenging plan to gain the defined potential customers
- Achieve or Exceed the company-set target
- Assign smart objectives qualitative and quantitative
- Recruiting a team of representatives along with training and supervising to align with the company objectives.
- Should have a valid UAE Driving License.
