الوصف الوظيفي
To build and maintain good working relations with Fleet customer Managers and Insurance adjusters.
· To negotiate with Insurance Company representatives regarding Body repairs.
· To visit all leading Fleet customers & Insurance companies with an aim to bring maximum mechanical/maintenance/body shop/accident repairs to the company.
· To build and maintain good relations with the Fleet / Insurance companies to encourage their loyalty and obtain maximum revenue in Body shop Sales.
· To verify and follow up on Fleet customer's Account, to ensure that payments take place within an acceptable time frame.
· To maintain a professional appearance and relationship with Fleet/Insurance customers.
· To be a proper link between Service Workshops and Fleet/Insurance companies for the betterment of business.
· To answer customer queries and concerns (delay in delivery) about their vehicle (Fleet/Body shop repairs) in a polite and professional manner.
· To maintain an honest and cordial relationship between the company and Fleet/Insurance companies.
· To have appropriate product knowledge.
· To prepare accurate reports and submit on mentioned time frame.
