Position: UI/UX Designer

Location: Amman – Jordan

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of our ERP system and Point of Sale (POS) application. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that seamlessly run on mobile, tablet, desktop, and web platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, possess excellent design skills, and be proficient in utilizing industry-standard design tools and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field. A relevant professional certification is a plus.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with a focus on designing enterprise-level systems such as ERP and POS applications.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and expertise, including examples of designs for mobile, tablet, desktop, and web platforms.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

• Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on UI/UX design.

• Experience with responsive design and designing interfaces that seamlessly adapt to different screen sizes and resolutions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and present design concepts to stakeholders and team members.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
