Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Assisting customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
Providing customers with accurate information about travel policies, procedures, and requirements
Resolving customer complaints and issues, including cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that customer needs are met
Collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Continuously developing knowledge of the travel industry and our company's offerings

المهارات

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality preferred
Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software/systems
