Brief Job Description:

  • Networking; with hands-on experience in routing (BGP, OSPF, SR, VRFs, MPLS, etc.). Wireless/Switching skills are not required.
  • Linux – solid working mastery of Linux.
  • Working knowledge of virtualization (e.g. KVM).
  • Cloud Networking and Computing (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Network Operations; running, troubleshooting, and managing a WAN and SDWAN.
  • Troubleshooting complex, technical, multi-site, and multi-disciplinary problems and incidents.
  • Providing remote support to customers.

المهارات

Desired Education, Experience & Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with SI’s, Network Providers or Telecom Carrier.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
