Responsibilities:

Apply coats of plaster to interior walls, ceilings, and partitions to create a finished surface
Prepare surfaces for plastering, including cleaning, scraping, and applying bonding agents
Mix plaster according to specifications and apply using trowels, brushes, or spray equipment
Create decorative textures, finishes, and ornamental designs as required
Repair and patch existing plasterwork, matching the existing finish
Ensure work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards
Adhere to safety guidelines, including proper handling of materials and use of personal protective equipment
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in plaster or 3 years of experience with an additional 2 years of formal education in the field
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to read and understand blueprints and project specifications
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and industry practices
Physically fit and able to work at heights, on ladders, and in various weather conditions
