Recruitment Manager In-house, Dubai, UAE

Reporting to – Managing Partner

Responsibilities:

Monthly hiring target is 8 Agents + 1 operation position if needed.
Taking care of company recruitment – In house
Closely work with all departments and understand the requirements well.
Posting the adds on social media and other job portals, website, community groups etc
Sourcing the cvs & pre-screening
Conducting the interviews (Telephone/Zoom/Face to face) or walk in
Conduct job related skill tests (Personality/IQ/Communication/EQ) etc.
Maintain company database and employee details

Skills Required

Good communication skill in English
360’ Recruitment skill
University degree or diploma in HR / MBA
Real estate experience for minimum of 3 years is a must

Salary : 8 – 10K AED. Visa, Medical insurance

Timings: Monday to Friday (9.00 am– 6.00 pm)
