Your role profile :
• Gathering and analyzing initial underwriting information including COPE reports, RI slip, Claims Data, TIV breakdown and other supporting information.
• Ensuring accurate risk information are captured in our data management systems and other forms and templates meeting set timelines
• Assist with KYC and client screening and on-boarding process
• Timely correspondence with intermediaries and business partners with electronically stamped slips for all written/signed accounts and followup on any outstanding matters, endorsements, closings etc.
• To assist UWs, Finance and claims colleagues including at HO on all matters relating to account handled.
• Any other assignment that may be requested upon from time to time.
• Ability to work independently and with the environment of a professional team of colleagues.
• Able to commit to full time 5 day work-week (min 40 hours weekly)
• Monthly Salary Range ($2,500 ~ $3,500) + Bonus

Your Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
• Ability to multitask with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and requests to complete work within the required timeframe
• Meticulous and attention to details to ensure accurate documentation
• A good level of proficiency in English Language is a must
• A good level of proficiency in using online reference manuals and multiple electronic systems.
Your Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Finance or Professional Insurance qualification would be advantageous
• 2-3 years of related Re/Insurance experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
