About the Client:
An independent physical commodity trading company based in Dubai with an innovative approach to the market.
Job Description:
Manage and support executives of the company – including calendar schedules, travel arrangements and visas via DMCC Portal.
Arrange meetings, conferences, manage business visitors along with social media management – editing videos, checking responses, comments, etc.
Develop presentation material for meetings (PowerPoint, PDF, Excel, etc.) and attend to take important notes.
Handle reception tasks including handling phone calls and incoming emails to be able to respond in a timely manner.
Deal with administrative tasks including maintenance and service of the office, supplies needed, office management including the purchasing of office equipment and consumables.

Salary: up to 15K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
Open to European and Asian nationals
Female, 40 y/o and below
Diploma or University Degree
Minimum 5 years’ related experience
Must have Tech Savvy- Social Media tools, Power Point, Word, Excel, Video tools, Editing tools
Web creation and experience with PWA is a plus
Fluent English communication skills
