Position Title: Junior HR Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A Commodity Trading company based in Dubai with different branches within GCC
Job Description:
- Handle financial transactions on the daily basis to ensure all business transactions are recorded (handle the full spectrum of documentary trade transactions).
- Review facility and security documentation for existing and new financing facilities.
- Maintain relationship with banks to manage accounts.
- Build a relationship with pre-financing counterparties (existing and potential).
- Handle letter of credit to prepare term sheets and pitches to counterparties offering pre-financing solutions.
- Source financial partners support for structured finance projects.
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic and Asian
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related degree
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience covering all HR functions and 2 years as HR Manager
- Must be coming from trading companies (trading nuts, spices, and commodities)
- Previous working experience in DMCC is preferred but not essential.
