الوصف الوظيفي
To be responsible for all aspects of financial management including strategic planning, budget planning, reporting, analysis, internal control, and manages the financial health of the company in order to promote success and growth while maintaining financial practices and insure the adherence with IFRS and Jordanian regulations.

Job Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any related filed, a master is preferable.
– CPA, CMA, or any related professional certificate.
– Min. 5 years managerial experience in medium or large organization.
– Experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
– Strong knowledge of Accounting, Accounting systems, Finance, budgeting, cost, auditing and inventory control
– Excellent ability to problem solving along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
– Strong knowledge of government regulations and financial reporting requirements.
– Proven leadership, and Decision-Making skills
– Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
– Proactive and energetic team-worker.
– Capable to lead a group of employees to provide them with suitable needed coaching and maximize team effectiveness.
– Deep ERP knowledge is essential.
