Responsibilities

Implement various data modeling, visualization, and reporting techniques for business performance and projections on-demand basis via dashboards for self-serve at RM, unit head, and business heads level.
Responsible for the development, testing, and deployment of QlikView Dashboards and queries for Interchange, Pricing, and Business performance management teams.
Managing and updating QlikView Dashboard for Interchange and Pricing Team.
Gather a deep understanding of the Interchange and Pricing and embed them into the QlikView solution.
Managing and updating KPI dashboards for Acquiring and Processing businesses on QlikView.
Should be able to create the data model on the back end, including ETL, generating QVDs, and other QlikView files.
Prepare merchant predictive churn analysis to help relationship managers proactively adopt retention strategies.
Create and manage different types of charts for QlikView dashboard analysis.
Extract and provide data fields for analysis/insights generation for the respective stakeholder.
Tag different identifiers and frequent updates to make QlikView a central tool, and automate analysis/insight reports.

Qualifications

5+ years’ prior QlikView experience.
Sound knowledge of SQL, Teradata, Oracle, and MySQL.
Knowledge of other BI tools like Tableau, and Power BI would be added advantage.
Knowledge about the payment industry.
Sound knowledge of Pricing and Profitability KPIs.

Technical Skills

Expertise in QlikView scripting, data modeling, and reporting security.
Experience in developing dashboards, pre-defined reports, queries, and insights.
Previous experience with commercial/financial data analytics.
Ability to challenge and review with an analytical mindset.
Expertise in writing queries, procedures and developing custom views on the database.

General Skills

Business / Commercial Acumen with excellent analytical skills.
Detail-oriented and organized, with Strong planning and prioritization abilities.
Stakeholder Management and the ability to build relationships.
Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects.
Excellent Microsoft Office [Excel & PowerPoint] skills.
