الوصف الوظيفي

· Proficiency to handle freight inquiries, quotations, and coordination with local, and international clients

· Working Experience with WCA agents/shipping lines and overseas agents.

· Good Experience in Dubai Trade / Dubai Chamber COO/ Dubai Municipality approvals and application procedures for clearance, Processing of import/export customs declaration arranging transportation and delivery

· Good knowledge of Dubai customs procedures, and Jebel Ali port-related operations.

· Handle multiple sea and air shipments end to end at the same time

· Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, exceeding customer service expectations.

· Ability to handle both LCL and FCL shipments and hazardous.

· Good Knowledge of E-Mirsal BoE and Preparation of Documents for Customs.

· Ability to handle clearance FMCG and Pet foods

· Knowledge of FIRS.

· Submit shipping instructions timely and accurately.

· Arranging for DO and B/L collection.

· Arranging Customs clearance – BOE – and documentation.

· Ensure documents are timely sent to customers for customs purposes.

· Understand all shipping incoterms for freight shipments.

· Coordinates all warehousing and logistics activities with the logistics team to meet customers' project deadlines and targets.

· Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers.

· Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.

· Complete job costing and billing.

· Provides support to the sales team for customer development and maintenance.

· Applies knowledge of Freight Forwarding and freight structure and operations to resolve problems, make decisions and achieve business objectives.

· Track and trace shipments and provide customers with daily or weekly tracking reports as required. Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.

· Visualize and facilitate logistics of the warehouse inventory, storage, and transportation.

· Arrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet clients’ demands without delay.

· Identify shipping methods and routes for products to be shipped

· Prepare accurate reports according to the expectations of upper management.

· Promptly resolve shipment and inventory issues as they arise.

· Resolve problems associated with transportation, import and export, customer problems, and logistics systems

· Negotiate charges with suppliers and customers

· Prepare and present reports to the logistics department and higher management

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Logistics Custom Clearance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
