Job Description:
Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to let the company be their light and sound supplier for events, occasions, weddings, concerts etc..
As a business development executive, you should attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele and must keep a close eye on client's feedback to ensure that the company's products and services always exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by providing exceptional customer service and regular communication.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- TO ensure that the agency's services are meeting the needs of our clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the agency and build new relationships.
- Analyze and report on the success of sales efforts and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the agency's services and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Understand our immersive marketing solutions and target markets.
- Identify and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and present offerings.
- Build client relationships and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM.
- Continuously improve sales skills and stay informed on industry trends.
