Our client is a Retail
company. They are now looking for Trainer to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To meet the needs of retail managers, regularly formulate regular training and strengthening plans for the sales team and give training assessments.
- According to the retail manager's work plan, cooperate with the formulation of sales target achievement plan and management plan for store personnel, and supervise the implementation.
- Assist the company in implementing sales, promotional policies, marketing activities and other plans to ensure continuous sales growth
المهارات
Preference
- Strong communication, coordination and learning skills, good image and temperament, lively and outgoing, good at communication, strong principles, strong execution and expansion skills.
- More than two years of sales experience in the retail industry
- Two years or more of retail training experience
Qualifications
- Highest Education: University degree
- Certified Trainer
