Overview: IBTCI seeks an experienced Dashboard and Visualization Specialist to support the Yemen Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Project (YMELP), a USAID third-party monitoring (TPM) and verification contract based in Amman, Jordan. This contract aims to monitor USAID humanitarian assistance and verify and provide independent confirmation of humanitarian aid programs in Yemen.

Responsibilities

Scope of Work:

Develop a dashboard and promoting the visualization option for YMELP reporting:

• Liaise with the Data Management Officer to design a dashboard for the data collected by YMELP.
• Design options for data visualization as per the project needs for regular reporting and presentations.

Serve in the above consultant capacity to support the IBTCI technical practices of Crisis, Conflict & Governance, Agriculture & Food Security & Economic, Education & Growth and Global Health and/or Business Development divisions.

• This position does not authorize/require the consultant to directly communicate with IBTCI clients.
• This position does not authorize/require the consultant to have decision making authority on final work product.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or relevant fields
• Proven experience in developing dashboards and data visualization.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data management or relevant topics.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic is necessary.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or relevant fields.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proven experience in developing dashboards and data management.
• Proven experience in the visualization of data.
• Expert level in utilizing Power BI or equivalent applications.
• Proven experience in using applications for developing maps concerning data.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
