Position Title: Property Consultant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A Dubai-based real estate company known to offering services to both buyers & sellers for housing and investment options.
Job Description:
- Manage all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives
- Achieve revenue targets through active resale, leasing, and lead generation
- Create and maintain a positive, competitive culture to drive high-performance
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with Sales Managers to support their development and drive results
- Work closely with management to ensure a clear plan for development
المهارات
Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 6 months of UAE experience in the same role from a real estate industry
- Should have extensive knowledge of the real estate industry with a deep knowledge of main competitors including their strategies and pricing models
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
