. Listing building or properties (warehouses, camp, villa, shops, etc.) for rental and sale
. Knowledge about Trakheesi System
. Preparing Tenancy Contracts, process of Ejari contracts, contract renewals, and termination of contracts.
. Knowledge of RERA rules and regulations and market price in UAE
. Dealing with security deposits, maintenance fees, utility fees, admin fees, Ejari fees etc.)
. Maintain database of existing tenants and ensure documents are verified
. Monitor administration procedures like-new lease renewals, amendments and terminations
. Collection of payments (Receivable/Payables) Rental fees, Service charges, Areas etc.)
. Working with Real Estate Software (ex. CRM, property finders, and online portals.)
. Coordinate maintenance inspection for moves out
. Quarterly VAT submission
. Handling company petty cash and cheques received.
. Drafting/typing letters and reports, follow-ups, answering calls
. Updating, reporting, and communicating with MD on a timely basis
. Filling and documentation
. Prioritizing workloads and working under pressure
. Work All-Rounder for all kinds of allotted jobs allotted
