Job Description

Description:
A Real Estate Company in Dubai is searching for an Experienced Admin Secretary in addition to the excellent team
– Email correspondence, follow-ups, reminders and phone calls
– Preparing Real estate forms such as Contract A, B and F online through Dubai Rest App and completing all paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure that the deal is closed as quickly as possible.
– Submits required documents for each property to secure Trakheesi permit and Listing Verification
– Manages Property Portals such as Mycrm and Brokerpad. Ensures that all listed ads are verified and checked.
– Prepares Tenancy Contract and Addendum for New and Renewal for both tenant and landlord and ensures that all documents are complete
– Schedules necessary appointments with all parties
– Registers the broker company to different developers.
– Managing a client database and preparing reports.
– Prepares Invoices and Receipts for deals closed
– Performs any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
– Knowledge of Air Bnb is considered a plus
Requirements:
– Good communication skills
– Well informed of Mycrm and Brokerpad
– Adhere to RERA rules and regulations (knowledge of Trakheesi)
– Office Administration
– Well-organized and Trustworthy
– Apply only if you have at least 1 year of Dubai Real Estate Experience
Salary : AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month
