As a Telesales Executive for an Educational Institute, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell the institute's educational programme and services over the phone to potential customers. Your job description may include the following:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, parents, or educational institutions to generate leads and promote the institute's programme and services.
2. Following up with potential leads and converting them into sales by providing them with the necessary information, addressing their queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
3. Identifying the needs of potential customers and recommending suitable courses or services that meet their requirements.
4. Building and maintaining a database of leads and customers and ensuring that all records are up to date and accurate.
5. Achieving sales targets and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the institute.
6. Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
7.Participating in training and development programs to keep up-to-date with the institute's programs, services, and sales techniques.
8. Collaborating with the marketing team to design and implement sales and marketing campaigns to attract potential customers.
9. Providing regular feedback to the management team on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build relationships with potential customers. You should also have a good understanding of the education sector and be able to use data and analytics to drive sales. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
