We Look for Accountants & Quality Controllers – Junior Levels
We are currently seeking an experienced, and thorough Accountant to join our rapidly growing firm.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL control, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition, accounts consolidation and periodic reconciliations as applicable.
2. Review corporate and personal income tax returns to ensure accuracy.
3. Inserting all data into rental and financial systems.
4. Oversee the processing of payroll taxes.
5. Maintain current and garner new client relationships.
6. Prepare invoices for companies and organizations.
7. Manage all accounting transactions.
8. Prepare budget forecasts.
9. Publish financial statements in time.
10. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
11. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
12. Ensure timely bank payments.
13. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
14. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant field.
2. Minimum 2-3years’ experience in accounting.
3. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
4. Expertise working with QuickBooks and financial statements.
5. Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases.
6. Fluent English is a requirement.
