We have been retained by our client to identify an experienced Vice President & Profit Center Head for their General Insurance division with a proven record of accomplishment in the UAE market.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with existing client and insurance company relationships.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the General Insurance division to achieve profitable growth.
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Hire and develop a high-performing team of insurance professionals.
المهارات
Requirements:
Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 10 years' experience in UAE insurance industry, ideally in the Brokerage segment.
Excellent knowledge of insurance industry regulations and practices in the UAE.
Proven record of accomplishment of achieving sales targets and managing a profit Centre.
