  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all front desk equipment is working properly, and promptly report any issues.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

المهارات

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, if required.
  • Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.
