Maintenance Engineer

Coordinates with Maintenance Manager of Housing Services Department or his designee, through the maintenance program to monitor, evaluate, and implement the necessary action overall housing operational condition of all maintenance equipment to the international required facility standard.

Education and Licensure:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, Architectural or civil).

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of (2) years experience in maintenance services.

Specialized Knowledge& Skills:

• Fluent spoken and a good written English language.
• Planned maintenance operation system.
• Electromechanical instrumentation and equipment operation.
• General engineering management.
• Construction and building service equipment for complexes or building.
• General facility life and safety code and standards requirement.
• Management departmental activity report and process.
• General electric and mechanics equipments.
