Spartah Building Material Trading L.L.C is a professional trading company focusing on industrial access solutions. The products mainly include Industrial Mechanical Lock, Hinges, Handles and many more others. Our business serves mainly GCC regions, providing products and services for many leading enterprises in global power, network communications, data centres, transportation and mechanical equipment.

General Objectives

Your role is to be as international trading executive for Spartah Building Material Trading L.L.C, and assist company to maximize the sales, reaching the expected target, and securing the accuracy in terms of documentary of shipping and remittance procedures during each order.

Job Responsibilities

As of your position is trading executive, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following areas:

– Self-motivated in terms of searching and developing new potential clients independently, able to collect and sort out relevant market information, and professional in data collection.

– To negotiate with domestic and international clients in terms of quotation, proforma Invoice, contract, purchase order, payment terms and delivery terms etc.

– Familiar with the operation process of foreign trade documents, excellent with the Letter of Credit and related documentary knowledge.

– Familiar with the trade operation process and relevant laws and regulations and have professional knowledge in the international trade field.

– Able to follow up orders, prepare necessary declaration documents, and be responsible for communicating with freight and cargo forwarders on specific operational matters.

– Responsible for generating invoices and relative documents and know the basic skill to file all the documents. Proficient in using office software, understand trade import procedures and related operations.

– Able to do the follow up with client’s payment schedule and coordinate with them to have smooth payment collection for our company.

– Represent the image of Spartah Building Material Trading L.L.C by always complying with the standards set by the Management.

– Assist manager in handling purchase orders and support company’s daily operation.

– Candidate must have a strong communication, coordination and execution skills, proactive working attitude, respond quickly, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have a team spirit.

Benefit

– Monthly Salary AED4,000 to AED5,000 , plus commission.

– Annual air ticket allowance AED3,000

– 3 weeks paid annual leave.

(Please note that there will be THREE months’ probation period, the full benefit will be valid after receiving the confirmation letter from the general manager)

We would like to have the following MANDATORY requirements for this position:

– Fluent speaking, writing, listening and reading in English

– Professional in the whole process with Letter of Credit

– Obtain bachelor’s degree and above

– Valid U.A.E driving license

– Age between 25 – 35

– Expert of using office software (Excel, Words, Power point etc.)

– International trading background minimum 2 year or above
